We ship all orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) to get your goodies to you as quickly as we can. There are a few minor delays here in Australia, due to Covid, but we're finding most deliveries get to you quickly and we have express shipping if you need something super quick. 

 

Orders In Australia

Our delivery fees are a flat $7.95 for orders up to $100 within Australia. For orders $100 or over (excluding shipping) within Australia shipping is free.  Please note that gift vouchers do not count towards the $100 limit. 

If you would like your order quicker we offer Australia Post Express Post at a flat rate of $11.95. We will ship your order within one business day and your order will be received within 1 to 2 days but do check your postcode is in the list for next business day delivery. If not it will be shipped as fast as possible but the next day guarantee doesn't apply.

To ensure your order arrives safely and securely we require Australia Post to get a signature on delivery. If you don't want this option and are happy for Australia Post to leave your order in a secure location at your address then select the 'Authority to Leave' checkbox on the checkout and leave instructions in the 'Delivery Instructions' box. We'll then make sure that Australia Post leaves the order for you. Note that Australia Post use their discretion with deliveries and if there's nowhere secure to leave the order, they may take the order to the Post Office, so please be specific with any instructions. If you change your mind after the order is shipped, you can always update your shipping preferences with the 'MyPost' portal provided by Australia Post.

Please note that if you select 'Authority to Leave' then you do so at your own risk we may not be able to help you if your order is misplaced or stolen. We don't advise 'Authority to Leave' as an option so please select this only if you have a safe and secure location for your order to be left. 

 

Click & Collect

We are now proud to offer Click & Collect for any of our customers in the Sydney, NSW region if you'd like to collect your order from our Rouse Hill warehouse. Click & Collect is free and you'll receive a notification when it's ready to collect (usually within an hour or two). Please don't select Click & Collect if you don't intend on picking up your parcel. If you decide you'd prefer to have your order delivered via post, please reach out to our Customer Care team and we can arrange payment.

Once you've placed your order you will receive a notification when it's ready to pick up, usually the same or next business day. If it's urgent let us know, by email, and we can prioritise that for you.

  • Monday to Thursday: 9am to 4pm

  • Friday: 9am to 3pm

  • Saturday and Sunday: Closed

International Orders

Australia Post is experiencing international delivery delays in some destinations due to limited capacity and government restrictions as a result of Covid-19. Australia Post is working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible to clear the backlog. Check out the Australia Post website for the latest information.

We've extended our partnership with Australia Post for all International Orders. The rates are very competitive and the shipping fee starts from $9.95 for all international orders. Standard tracked shipping is FREE for all orders over $120 (excluding shipping).

For all orders under $120, orders going to New Zealand, USA, Canada or UK, it is a flat rate of $9.95 and the Rest of the World starts at $14.95. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email you can track your order by clicking the link in the email, logging into your account or clicking here  for Australia Post or here for DHL Express (ensure you have your tracking number at hand).

Please note that we may not be able to ship very large or heavy orders depending on your location. We will contact you as soon as possible if there are any issues.

 

Delivery Terms

  1.  We pack and ship orders each business day. Your order will be shipped next business day, if not earlier. In some cases, due to demand, this may exclude Mondays, sale periods or when new products are launched. Please select Express Post if you want to guarantee quick dispatch and delivery.

  2. A tracking number will be provided once your package is dispatched.

  3. Within Australia; For approximate delivery time frames please click here  Our postcode is 2155. As an approx guide for deliveries in NSW allow up to 2 days. For other states allow up to 6 days.

  4. International deliveries allow approximately 1-3 weeks. Please see above COVID-19 update as these delivery times frames will be longer due to the current global response.

  5. For international orders, the customer is responsible for all customs/duties fees, if applicable. 

  6. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted with your order. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect

  7. We use only reputable delivery companies, however, we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

  8. To ensure your order arrives safely and securely you can request a signature on delivery. To do that deselect the 'Signature not required on delivery' at checkout. If you don't want this option and are happy for Australia Post to leave your order in a secure location at your address then keep the Authority to Leave checkbox at checkout ticked. Please note that if you don't request a signature we may not be able to help you if your order is misplaced or stolen. 

  9. Missing or non delivered parcels need to be reported to us within 30 days within Australia and 60 days internationally. Any orders returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or unclaimed through the post office will be refunded for the product component only. You need to contact us to arrange redelivery within 30 days of dispatch, after which the refund will be processed automatically.

  10. Shipping policy pricing excludes wholesale customers. If you're a wholesale customer, please contact us regarding shipping details.
