Track Your Order

Once you recieve your shipping confirmation email you can track your order by clicking the link in the email, logging into your account or clicking here  for Australia Post or here for DHL (ensure you have your tracking number at hand).

Delivery Time Frames

For approximate delivery time frames please click here  Our postcode is 2153.

As an approx guide for deliveries in NSW allow up to 2 days. For other states allow up to 6 days.

International deliveries allow approximately 1-3 weeks.

Please note these time frames are approximate and based on business days from the day of dispatch and type of postage chosen.

Shipping & Delivery Policy *

- We pack and ship orders each business day.
- Your order will be shipped next business day, if not earlier.
- ‚ÄčA tracking number will be provided once your package is dispatched.
- Shipping policy pricing excludes wholesale customers.

‚ÄčOnce your order has been shipped, Snuggle Hunny Kids can accept no responsibilty for loss, delivery delay or any damage to your package. This can be a result of a delay cause by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or forsight. All orders will be delivered via safe drop, if nobody is home to receive it, unless selected otherwise at checkout. Safe drop is performed at the customers risk and Snuggle Hunny Kids is not liable for parcels that show as delivered with safe drop and go missing.

Delivery Pricing

Australia Wide Standard tracked shipping is FREE for all orders over $100 (excluding shipping). For orders under this amount the shipping fee is a flat rate of $7.95
Australia Wide Express tracked shipping is a flat rate of $11.95

International Orders: Standard tracked shipping is FREE for all orders over $120 (excluding shipping).
For international orders under this amount please see below:
New Zealand is a flat rate of $9.95
USA/ CAN/ UK are from $9.95
Rest of the World is from $14.95

For international orders, the customer is responsible for all customs/duties fees, if applicable.
